Meet the dynamic duo behind Balteza Property Services LLC! Founded in Virginia on November 8, 2019, by two brothers, Mr. Bledar Puli and Mr. Vasil Puli, this powerhouse team brings a wealth of experience to the residential and commercial property repairs industry.
Mr. Bledar brings forth a wealth of experience in areas of business administration, technology, and public policy decision-making, spanning more than a decade, both in private and government sectors. Prior to starting Balteza Property Services, he successfully ran his own painting and home improvement business in Sarasota County, Florida from 2005 to 2009. With expertise in managing employee accounts and a deep understanding of the industry, Mr. Bledar ensures smooth operations for the company.
Meanwhile, Mr. Vasil is a true jack-of-all-trades. He began his career as a certified electrician for residential and commercial properties after completing his trade school education in 2000. Over the years, he expanded his knowledge and expertise in multiple trades, including plumbing, welding, window and door installations, iron-cast gates, tile-setting, low-voltage systems, carpentry, and masonry works. His craftsmanship extends to decorative stone works, brick-laying, concrete wall structures, and granite and marble flooring.
